The Catapult Training and Development Team assists employees in updating their skills and knowledge for executing a job, resulting in increased work efficiency and organisation productivity.

It ensures that employees’ irregularity or eccentricity is minimal and that learning or behavioural change occurs in a genuinely structured manner. Training development, often known as learning and development, is a set of official continuing educational activities aimed at helping employees achieve their objectives and improve their performance.

During employee training and development, employees are encouraged to perform better in their jobs demonstrate their eligibility for promotion when the time for their performance appraisals and salary appraisals comes around. A skill and Knowledge training program is an effort and enhancing skill activities for the additional requirements to increase the employee’s performance. HR training and development are different activities integral to each employee’s overall development.
